Caelo Creative is a trading name of Joseph Dutton, a sole trader based at CAELO CREATIVE, 82A James Carter Road, Mildenhall, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. For the purposes of UK data protection law, we are the "data controller" of the personal data described in this policy.

What data we collect

When you get in touch with us — through our website contact form, by email, we may collect:

• Your phone number (if provided)

• Your Instagram handle or website

• Any details you share with us about your project, brand, or requirements

• Records of our correspondence with you

If you become a client, we may also collect billing details and project-related files necessary to deliver our services.

We do not collect any special category data (such as health, religious belief, or biometric data) through normal use of our site.

• Email — when you message us directly

• Instagram — when you message us via DM (this is also subject to Meta's own privacy policy, which governs how Instagram handles your data)

• Provide quotes, briefs, and project deliverables if you become a client

• Manage our working relationship, including invoicing and correspondence

• Improve our services and outreach based on general (non-identifying) trends

• Contract necessity — once you become a client, for the data needed to deliver and bill for our services

We will never use your data to send marketing communications unless you've separately and explicitly opted in to receive them.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your data. We may share it with trusted third parties who help us run our business, including:

• Google Workspace — for email and document storage

Cookies and analytics

This website uses Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they look at. This helps us see what's working and improve the site over time.

This is used only to gather overall statistics about visits — not to identify you personally, track you across other websites, or show you adverts. We don't use Meta, Instagram, or any other advertising pixel on this site, and Google Analytics is not linked to any advertising account or used for remarketing.

• Enquiries that don't become projects — kept for up to 12 months, then deleted

• Client records — kept for the duration of our working relationship, plus a period afterward as required for accounting and legal purposes (typically 6 years, in line with UK tax record requirements)

• Ask what personal data we hold about you

• Ask us to correct inaccurate data

• Ask us to delete your data

• Ask us to restrict or object to certain processing

• Withdraw consent at any time, where consent is the basis for processing
